Souderton Borough Community Park
The Souderton Borough Community Park is the focal point of our community. It is a place for people of all ages and abilities to gather, play, exercise, socialize and celebrate.
In 2022 the Souderton-Telford Rotary Club is leading an extensive 6-year project to revitalize this beloved park and improve its appearance. The Park Renovations are expected to include new functional and aesthetic features such as restrooms, a kitchen facility, paved parking, pathway lighting, ADA landing areas along paths, sculpture gardens, playground and fitness equipment. Led by the Souderton-Telford Rotarians, this six year project will help benefit residents and visitors from all walks of life in the Indian Valley community. As a sponsor, QNB Bank is proud to be a part of this exciting project and to partner with the Souderton-Telford Club in this endeavor.

The Souderton-Telford community is well known for its many parks and recreational facilities. From the Souderton Community Pool to a slew of playgrounds, baseball fields and tennis courts, there is something for everyone in Souderton.
Jacob & Mary Stover Park, located on Fourth Street between Erie Avenue and Crest Avenue, is home to a baseball field, three tennis courts, a tot lot and parking for approximately 25 cars. It is owned and operated by the borough through the Montgomery County Open Space Program.
Franconia Avenue Park, also located on Franconia Avenue between Branch Avenue and Third Street, is a small park that has playground equipment, a pavilion and on-street parking available. It is also a popular spot for concerts and events such as Concert Sundaes in the Park.
Forrest Meadow Park, located on Godshall Road between Lower Road and Branch Avenue, has a gaga pit that was added in the Fall of 2022 by an Eagle Scout project. It provides a safe, fun and challenging environment for children to play and have a great time under the shade of the trees.
In 2022 the Souderton-Telford Park Committee and the borough received a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. This award is part of the State’s Recreation for All initiative.
This grant will allow for construction of pedestrian walkways, fitness and play equipment, ADA access and landscaping.
